Once that item is approved, 50% of the payment is due and that piece gets added to the list. When your project is begun, you will get an email. When the project is finished, you will receive photos. When those are approved, remaining balance is due and your item will be shipped.We try to keep customers updated on the progress of their piece. ***Custom work is non-refundable. Once in progress, the piece cannot be cancelled.*** Return Policy Returns on small items will be accepted witin 30 days. Return shipping will be at customers expense.
