Email your order to If it is a larger piece, a quote will be given based on the specifics of the project. Once that item is approved, 50% of the payment is due and that piece gets added to the list. When your project is begun, you will get an email. When the project is finished, you will receive photos. When those are approved, remaining balance is due and your item will be shipped.We try to keep customers updated on the progress of their piece.

***Custom work is non-refundable. Once in progress, the piece cannot be cancelled.***

Return Policy

Returns on small items will be accepted witin 30 days. Return shipping will be at customers expense.

Since most smaller orders are manufactured after we receive the order please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, especially during heavy shipping times including the Holiday Season. Larger pieces will be made in order that down payments are received.

All smaller items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS. Other shipping options are available upon request.

  The larger pieces are usually delivered by us, if it's close enough, or a smaller shipping company. Prices will be given upon estimate of piece.
